Terms of Service

PricePegasus is a price comparison platform for your online products that aggregates listings from multiple European marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Back Market, Refurbed, MediaMarkt, Wallapop, AliExpress and others). The Service includes search tools, a margin calculator, price alerts, product tracking and data export.

Prices shown are indicative and sourced from third-party providers. PricePegasus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time availability of displayed prices, and does not act as an intermediary in any purchase transaction.

Access to Service features requires creating an account via OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities conducted from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country of residence to register.

PricePegasus offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Pro, Business and Trader) with expanded access. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and may be modified with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that the digital service is provided immediately and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once service delivery has commenced, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Scraping, crawling or automated data extraction from the Service without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts or data of other users without authorisation.
• Using the Service for fraudulent, illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• Intentionally overloading the Service infrastructure through mass requests or denial-of-service attacks.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercialising access to the Service without express authorisation.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, texts and proprietary databases, are the exclusive property of PricePegasus or its licensors. Use of the Service does not grant you any licence over such rights, except the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence necessary to access and use the Service under these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". PricePegasus does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices displayed will be accurate at all times, as they depend on external data sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PricePegasus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. PricePegasus's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the "My Subscription" section of the platform or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

PricePegasus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or abusive use of the Service is detected, with prior notice except in cases of urgency or severity.

PricePegasus may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes at least 15 days in advance by email. Continued use of the Service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence as a consumer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
